Edin Rizvanbegović
Sales director for the Adriatic region at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd

Edin Rizvanbegović is the sales director for the Adriatic region within Check Point Software Technologies, which is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. From 2000-2010. He lived in Boston and graduated magna cum laude in information systems management from Lasell College. He has been working at Check Point for over 10 years. Before assuming the position of Sales Manager in 2011, he worked as a security engineer at the Check Point Software office in Boston (USA).

Edin is currently responsible for the development and execution of all sales activities in the Adriatic region, which include direct development of relations with end users in cooperation with existing and new partners. As a security engineer, Edin had the opportunity to be exposed to complex security network environments with top companies tasked with not only designing, but also recommending best practice security solutions.

Diana Gligorijević

Provider and telecommunication company that has grown into the industry leader of Serbia, her home country, as well as the European and Middle East markets.

Diana Gligorijevic took an active role in society building. Corporate Social Responsibility is the vital part
of the company’s vision and strategy. As a very active member of NGOs, Mrs. Gligorijevic strongly
supports „Equal opportunities “, „Women Leaders Club” and „Serbian Association of Business Women “,
for which she has been recognized with numerous awards.

She holds the seat in prestigious Executive and also ICT Board of Belgrade Chamber of Commerce,
American Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Executive Board of “Poslodavac” association.

Sanja Kekić
President and one of the founders of the Association ISACA Belgrade

Dedicated to promoting the visibility of ISACA and its core values on the Serbian market, for which she was awarded as an outstanding leader by the ISACA Global Association in 2018. She is a member of the ISACA Global SheLeadTech Council and was a member of the working group for the expansion of the ISACA SheLeadsTech program with a  specific role related to the involvement of European ISACA associations in this program, raising awareness of the program’s mission and goals.

She is one of the 50 most influential women in Europe in the field of cyber security for 2019 (SC Media UK list).

During her career path of more than 22 years, Sanja has led and implemented various types of complex
projects in the field of ICT and business processes in Serbia and the region of Southeast Europe. Sanja gained her invaluable experience working for the Big 4, several of the largest banks and financial institutions in Serbia, and for one of the largest telecommunication operators in the region. She started
her career as a programmer at Vojvodina Banka and was one of the key members of the team (responsible for the bank’s digital transformation at the beginning of 2000) that was awarded DISCOBOLOS by JISA in 2001.

Jovo Marković
Head of the Unit for Operational Techniques in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS

Since 2007, a member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS, where from 2010 to 2017 he headed the Departments and the High-Tech Crime Unit. Awarded by the late Director of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for special contributions to international investigations of high-tech crime. Since 2017, the head of the Unit for Operational Techniques in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS in the field of specialized work in special investigations and technical support for the needs of the Ministry of the Interior of the RS.

In addition to his professional involvement in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS, he also performs the following duties:

  • President of the Independent Board in NSRS
  • External associate of the Scientific Research Center of the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka.
  • Expert in the criminal and forensic field, specialty digital forensics.

As a co-founder of W4C BiH, she is ready to contribute to the development of awareness among new generations to direct their formal education towards cyber security and contribute to a safe digital ecosystem of Bosnia-Herzegovina with trusted vendors and raise of awareness for cyber security in general.

Denisa Kurtagić
Leading Cyber Analyst in the Ministry of Defence of Montenegro

For 10 years of experience in security affairs, Denisa has been intensively working shifting her focus on cybersecurity for the last three years. She has been gaining both academic and working experience in cyber field. Currently, Denisa is a leading Cyber Analyst in the Ministry of Defence of Montenegro, being a pioneer in cyber defence capacity building at a national level. At the same time she is a holder of the MA
Cybersecurity Management Scholarship at Solvay Brussels University. Denisa was also awarded in 2020 with the Fellowship on Cyber Security at Cranfield University, United Kingdom.

During the last year, Denisa has actively participated in various initiatives and organisations promoting cybersecurity but also empowering woman and girls to pursue cyber career, so she is one of the founders of the Montenegro Woman4Cyber Chapter, as well as Mentor in the project “Her CyberTrack”,
International Telecommunication Unit. Denisa actively participate in regional and international conferences, workshops, meetings and initiatives, where she promotes principle of “need- to-share” in cyber, as well as advocating for building cyber capacity trough knowledge sharing.

Adnan Švraka

Aleksandar Vratonjić Gligorijević

He began his career as an intern at IBM while finishing his Bachelor’s degree in IT management at the faculty for mathematics and computer science of Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
After returning to Serbia he continued building a career in the local IT industry, which provided him with

Aleksandar is the recipient of the Young Leader in Change award for his contribution to the development of young talent, given out by the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia as a part of its AmChamps program. He promotes the development of the regional IT industry and especially the tech start-up ecosystem through active collaboration with organizations Digital Serbia Initiative, Startit, and ICT Hub in Serbia.

Ran Levy

Ran Levy leads the research team in Cognyte’s Luminar group. In his role, he is responsible for combining the work of CTI analysts and technical analysts, while trying to find innovated ways to collect, monitor and analyze intelligence. Ran was always a technology aficionado and although his official studies include a Masters in Security Studies and B.A in Political Science and Philosophy, his career is all about cyber security. In his free time, Ran volunteers at Project Maat, an organization that assists victims of online violence in de anonymizing their abusers by connecting his digital footprint to his real world Identity. Ran, is also a board member of Street Medicine TLV, an NGO that provide medical treatment to unsheltered homeless.

Predrag Puharić
CEO Cyber Security Excellence Centre

For more than 20 years Predrag has combined his education in criminal investigations and forensics with Information and Communication Technology knowledge gaining experience in Cybercrime and cyber forensics culminating with a focus on cyber security. At the same time, he wrote a number of academic papers in that field along with a master’s thesis on cloud security and disaster recovery. He was educated at the University of Sarajevo and he is a Chevening Cyber Security Fellow from Cranfield University and a CRDF Cyber Security Fellow from Purdue University. He participated in numerous projects supported by various international organisations, such as UNDP, Unicef, Save the Children, and OSCE to name just a few, most recently as a national consultant for EGA EU-funded Cybersecurity identification and formulation study in the Western Balkans. He also was a part of the international consultant team for UNDP support for the CIAT project as a Data Collection expert. Predrag is leading the establishment of the Cyber Security Excellence Centre and Academic CSIRT facility.

Primož Bedrač

Primož Bedrač has been working in various fields of information technology for over twenty years. In doing so, he worked his way up from system administrator, technical sales consultant to head of sales department. The areas of operation were varied, but mainly domestic and international projects in the field of IT system architecture, business continuity, networks, cyber security and data storage systems. He gained experience in the largest domestic IT companies and also in technology giants such as Oracle and Dell EMC. He is currently a business development manager in the international company TeleGroup, responsible for introducing cyber security solutions into the company’s portfolio.
